Lorri Thompson, RYT
Lorri is the director of imagine YOGA and was introduced to Yoga in the 1970’s. Since then, she's studied with many gifted teachers including Sharon Gannon and David Life, Rod Stryker, Dona Holleman, Shiva Rea, and Donna Farhi, obtaining her teaching certification in Seattle with Theresa Elliott and Kathryn Payne (Pacific Yoga at the Yoga Tree, 2002). Lorri is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and teaches a gentle vinyasa form of Hatha Yoga, encouraging her students to build strength, stability, and flexibilty of the body as well as the mind. She incorporates traditional chanting, yogic philosophy, and various movement “inquiries” within her classes. Lorri is available for private yoga instruction, corporate presentations, and group yoga retreats.

Erin Finney
Erin encourages students to let go of any expectation or judgement in order to fulfill the mind/body experience. Her teaching style is a fun-loving and compassionate blend of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Viniyoga influences and her classes help to balance strength, flexibility, and relaxation for every age and any fitness level. Erin has practiced Yoga for nearly six years and is certified through YogaFit. Although she is a talented  teacher, she still considers herself a student and is eager to continually grow in her own practice.



Sahaj Kaur Khalsa, LMP
Sahaj is an IKYTA (International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association) certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, a certified Conscious Pregnancy instructor, and is also certified through the Radiant Child Yoga Program. Sahaj has studied Yoga since 1989 and is a compassionate teacher, deeply dedicated to the transformative potential of Kundalini Yoga and meditation. She is also a licensed massage practitioner specializing in the healing modalities of craniosacral therapy and Sat Nam Rasayan.
