- your busy schedule and my group class schedule don't seem to match up
- you need individualized attention ~ a one-on-one relationship with a yoga teacher
- you want to focus on a challenging pose or set of poses
- you'd rather limit your drive-time and practice yoga at home with a teacher
If your situation is one of these or something similar, perhaps I can accommodate.
Have you considered private instruction?
I offer private (one-on-one), semi-private (small group of up to 3 people), and corporate yoga instruction to students of all levels who desire a deeper understanding of the art and science of yoga. Whether you would like to practice one-time or in several sessions~~in a studio setting, at home or at work~~I can be available to provide specialized instruction just about anywhere in the South Puget Sound area. I also offer packages and pricing to fit the budget-conscious yogi.
Generally speaking, the rates are as follows and I welcome your inquiries.
- for private instruction $60/hr
- for semi-private instruction (up to 3 people) $90/hr
