Imagine Yoga with Lorri
"this being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival."   ---Rumi

We've just recently scheduled a follow-on Yin Yoga workshop, Nada Meditation, for Friday evening, February 24th. Here's a chance to learn simple ways to focus the mind through gentle yoga postures, sound, and chant. Please click here for details at the Workshops page.

And, for those of you who attended my sold-out 'Opening the Hips' workshop in January, you might be interested to know that Sarah Powers will be returning to Seattle this month at 8-Limbs Yoga studio (www.8limbsyoga.com) for a weekend workshop (2/24-2/26). Sarah is the author of Insight Yoga and is a great advocate of Yin yoga practices. I used her material extensively for the Hip workshop.... and I've studied with her in-person. Her workshops usually fill fast, so don't hesitate. She generally visits only once a year and I know it'll be a great experience!

Thursday's Continuing Yoga at Heartbeat Healing Arts is now a Beginning class (6:45-8pm) taught by Mary. If you're looking for a teacher who embodies compassion, visit this class!

For those of you who want a stronger continuing practice, please attend my Wednesday (6:45-8pm)Intermediate Yoga class at Corestar Pilates in Auburn.

Registration for the 2nd Annual Cannon Beach Yoga Festival, March 2-4 is already in full swing. Book your accommodations, experience this sweet little town and practice with some very exceptional teachers. To visit the official festival website, click here
