Beginning Hatha Flow:
Practice and refine basic asana (postures) coordinated with the breath in a popular style of yoga called vinyasa flow. Practice to world music rhythms, learning pranayama (breathwork) techniques and exploring basic meditation practice, as well. This drop-in class meets weekly to help build your personal yoga practice. Suitable for beginners who have had some experience with yoga. Challenging postures will be offered and can be modified for new beginners. All equipment is provided.
