Intermediate Hatha Flow :
Practice and refine basic asana (postures) coordinated with the breath. Also learn pranayama techniques (breathwork), basic meditation, and chanting, set to unique world music rhythms. Suitable for beginners who have had some experience with yoga. Challenging postures will be offered and can be modified for beginners.
