Beginning Yoga & Meditation :
Make the mind-body connection with a popular form of yoga called vinyasa flow. Learn basic asana (postures) coordinated with the breath. Explore pranayama (breathwork) and basic meditation techniques. Classes will focus on alignment and mindful movement in a safe, fun environment. Suitable for the beginning student or those who would like to return to their practice. To quickly build your own personal practice, sign up for the Wednesday Intermediate Flow series as well.
