All students:
~ Please arrive 10 minutes before class for check-in
~ As a courtesy to your fellow students, please silence all mobile devices upon entering the studio
~ Bring your own mat, blanket, and props ~ if you have them
~ Wear comfortable and non-restrictive clothing (T-shirt, lightweight athletic/yoga pants or shorts)
~ This is a barefoot practice ~ no shoes on the practice floor ~ please!
~ Ideally, we practice with an empty stomach ~ if you must eat before class, make it a light snack
~ Please foster a meditative environment by keeping conversation volume to a minimum
