imagine YOGA's Autumn Yoga Retreat
October 9-12, 2008 (Thurs-Sun)
An extended weekend of guided yoga and meditation within the serene and natural setting of Aldermarsh Retreat Center on Whidbey Island, in Washington State. The imagine YOGA Autumn yoga retreat is for those who would like to celebrate this bountiful season by deepening their knowledge and personal practice of yoga.
The weekend includes morning group asana and meditation classes, delicious vegetarian meals, an optional ceremonial sweat in a handcrafted cordwood sauna, outdoor hot tub soaks in a private bamboo grove, evening group events, and lots of "free time" to be alone or to relax with friends and enjoy the sumptuous organic garden, the magnificent on-site alder grove, the beautiful Northwest architecture, the powerful stone circle, and the peaceful surroundings of Aldermarsh. If you'd rather explore the island and what it has to offer, there's plenty of time for sight-seeing, hiking, cycling, and leisurely walks on the beach before returning to the retreat center for yoga class and dinner.
